Introduction
Welcome to Langstay ! You are in the right place if you are someone friendly,love to socialize with people and learn about various different cultures with an open-mind.
A week into Langstay, you will see yourself creating content to share Korean Culture, Trend and explore Korea's Daily Life with international people with various perspective from around the world.
📍 Location
Our facility is located in Seoul within 7 min walking distance (500m) of Sillim station, from which the No.2 train line (신림역) conveniently connects you to Seoul's most popular locations. Additionally, we are near many major bus lines running 24 hours.

Our neighborhood is popular with young locals due to nearby Seoul National University, meaning there is a large selection of local and affordable restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, and convenience marts. All required amenties (ATMs, banks, laundromats, etc.) and a Lotte Dept. Store and Shopping Center are within walking distance (500m). Beautiful Boramae Park is also only 500m away and includes many free sporting facilities and exercise equipment including basketball, badminton, and tennis courts, turf soccer fields, calisthenic and gym equipment, running track, skate park, and climbing wall.

Volunteer Position

1. Maintenance
Maintenance Duties:
- Cleaning communal areas, and assist in minor repairs (Eg. painting , DIY stuff, Decoration) etc.
- Report any major issues to the host directly.
We need someone to help us maintain our place (mostly cleaning, keeping the facility) and supporting in the creation of content (Appearance in video, Editing, . We're looking for a volunteer that wants to exchange cultures with us and learn more about Korea!
Content Curation:
- Appear in videos to present and engage with the audience, showcasing enthusiasm for Korean culture.
- Assist in promoting content across various platforms to reach a wider audience.

2. Content Creation Team
Role
1. Field Operations Team (Flexible Schedule)
Implement Plans: Carry out strategies from team meetings.
Coordinate Participants: Manage casting and orientation.
Prepare Locations: Scout and set up shooting places.
On-site Production: Handle filming and ensure smooth operations.
2. In-House Team (On-Site Tasks)
Content Development: Refine scripts and outlines.
Editing: Process footage and ensure quality output.
Publishing: Schedule and upload content.
Promotion and Marketing: Maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics: Monitor performance and provide insights.
Requirements

Time
- 4 hours/day, 4 days

Key Meetings for All Staff:
Kick-off Meeting: Every Monday morning, we’ll gather for a short meeting to review the week’s objectives and align our teams. Attendance is mandatory for all staff.
Final Content Review:
On the last day of content production each week, everyone is expected to participate in the final work session. It’s a chance to wrap up the week’s projects and ensure high-quality output.
- Working Hours Overview*
For most staff members, the regular working hours per week will be around 16 hours. We value efficiency and want to ensure everyone has a healthy work-life balance. However, if the workload increases, we may extend hours:
Up to 2 additional hours per week, if needed.
Up to 4 additional hours per week, for busier periods or special projects.
These adjustments will only be made when necessary, and we will keep everyone informed ahead of time.
